Zen-Go has obtained additional insurance coverage through a third-party insurer.

What is it?

Supplemental coverage to reimburse you for out-of-pocket expenses resulting from unexpected accidents

What might it cover?

Insurance deductibles, co-pays, prescriptions, or medical bills

How does it work? 

• Benefits are paid directly to you for covered medical expenses
• Typically, this policy pays after all other insurance/plans (Auto, Medical, etc.) coverage has been afforded   

What does it look like?

• Zero dollar deductible
• Benefits period extends 1 year from the date of the covered injury
• Accidental death and dismemberment coverage:
  • Specified payments for:
  • Dismemberment or,
  • Loss of Life, sight, speech, or hearing
